  • That depends on whether you are walking, jogging or cycling! Numbered location markers indicate every ¼ mile. These markers are tied into the E911 system in case of emergencies

  • Maps are available at Lake North trailhead and Caster Crossing. You can also download a map from this website, here.

  • These are your trails; please pick up your trash. Trails are maintained by the sponsoring organizations with the support of C.A.R.T. Loup Power District maintains the Two Lakes Trail, Bob Lake Trail, and Robert White Trail. The City of Columbus maintains the Wilderness Park Trail and Pawnee Park Trail. Platte County will be responsible for maintaining the Monastery Trail.

  • A permit or permission to use the trails is not required.

  • It does not cost anything to use the CART trails.

  • The trails are pet friendly, as long as your pet is on a leash. Please pick up after your pet.

  • No motorized vehicles are allowed, except handicap scooters, etc.

  • Completed trails feature location markers every quarter mile. Each marker is GPS recorded with emergency agencies.
